The Signature Collection is an experience designed for wine enthusiasts and experts who seek a deeper understanding of the varietal nuances of the grape varieties grown in Umbria. A unique itinerary during which you will be welcomed in our Enoteca Monte della Torre by our Wine Educator and have the opportunity to take a wine-tasting tour of the Signature Collection line, made with the technique of integral winemaking in collaboration with the internationally renowned French oenologist Michel Rolland. The discovery of the barrique cellar will be accompanied by the tasting of the two labels "Malcompare Umbria Pinot Nero IGT" and "Belcompare Umbria Merlot IGT," expressions of Arnaldo Caprai's continuous drive for experimentation and innovation.
