Your sensory journey will begin with a tasting of our first wine, Grecante Colli Martani Grechetto DOC. Next, your exploration of the barrel cellar will be accompanied by a tasting of the “Cuvée Secrète,” a white wine crafted from the estate’s finest white grapes, with a complex bouquet developed through a brief aging in French oak. Fromthe private entrance in the barrel cellar, you’ll be led back to the charming and exclusive rooms of the Enoteca Monte della Torre, where you can taste our wines while comfortably seated, enjoying a breathtaking setting.
