The Arnaldo Caprai Open Cellars 2027 Program
The 2027 edition of Cantine Aperte is just around the corner! In addition to the opportunity to visit our winery for free, we’ve created three experiences designed to let you fully enjoy all the excitement of an extraordinary day among the vineyards of the Arnaldo Caprai estate in Montefalco.
These events will be available only on May 29 and 30, 2027, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day.

Free Guided Tours of the Arnaldo Caprai Winery
May 29 and 30, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m.
Starting at 10:00 a.m., a guided tour will depart every hour, providing an overview of all the production processes at the Arnaldo Caprai Winery, from harvest to bottling.
- Available subject to availability.
- Free, reservation on site the day of the event.

NEW.: Only during Cantine Aperte will it also be possible to take a tour of Italy’s first Digital Vineyard: a tour by ITS Umbria Academy students to discover how technology supports quality viticulture.
Essence of Montefalco

The perfect choice for those who want to enjoy a brief but intense experience.
Includes:
- One goblet pocket.
- A glass goblet.
- Poggio San Giorgio textured cake with ham flake
- A tasting to choose from a selection of Arnaldo Caprai wines.
Price 10.00€ per person.

Sagrantino Land
