Calici di Stelle 2026 Program
1. Picnic Under the Stars
An immersive experience that combines the charm of an exclusive picnic among the vineyards of the Arnaldo Caprai Winery with live music under the starry August night sky.
The event begins at 7:30 p.m. When, after a welcome glass of Trebbiano Spoletino DOC Le Molacce Arnaldo Caprai, you’ll be escorted to your reserved seat, where you’ll enjoy a delicious picnic featuring:
- Chef Salvatore Denaro‘s Panzanella.
- Torta al testo stuffed with Poggio San Giorgio prosciutto slices.
- A selection of cheeses curated by Francesco Rossi, Rossi Rita Farm .
- Delicious roasted vegetables.
- A traditional Umbrian dessert to end the meal on a sweet note.
- 1 bottle for every two people, to be chosen from either the Trebbiano Spoletino DOC “Le Molacce” by Arnaldo Caprai or the Rosso di Montefalco DOC by Arnaldo Caprai.
Price: €55.00 per person.
